Advance Deposit Program

We are pleased to offer our authorized dealers the option of placing advance deposits on account based on our Advance Deposit Program (ADP). How the plan works is the dealer provides a deposit based on our dealer level tiers BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, PLATINUM ELITE or PLATINUM SUPREME. These funds are then held on account with the dealer being entitled to order from us at any time in any quantity, with the same discount level being applied to the order, free shipping terms, until the deposit funds are used up. There are no services charges or interest applied towards keeping the funds on account. The principal benefit to the dealer from our ADP is the greater ordering flexibility it permits. For example, if a dealer has placed funds on account when only a small size order is needed, the dealer can place the small order while retaining their right to the same discount tier for which the deposit was made. Dealers placing funds on account with our ADP can only spend funds on account based on ordering products from us based on our most current dealer price list, and cannot order based on past, expired dealer prices. No monetary refunds are available for ADP deposits: funds on account can only be applied towards purchases.

To place funds on account, please review our current dealer price list to determine which discount tier you desire and then contact us at 604-279-0179 and we can arrange to accept your deposit payment via major credit card, company cheque or bank draft. Once your deposit has been received, we will open your account based on your desired discount tier and your firm is then free to order at the same discount tier until the deposit funds have been used up.

We reserve the right at our option to refuse to award or to revoke ADP privileges or to revise ADP eligibility requirements at any time and in our sole discretion.
