A customer wishes to return an old text for a free upgrade to current edition. Can we grant the customer a refund and then send the text to you for a free replacement? No. We are sorry but our manuals are only returnable in strict accordance with our rebate offer (if offered).

Can we return training manuals that we purchased from you for credit, exchange or refund? No. Outside of our annual rebate (if we offer it) our manuals are not returnable and all sales are final. We do not issue credits, we do not permit exchanges or refunds, nor do we accept credit vouchers.

We prefer to have all our shipments come from the "XYZ" courier company. Why do you ship all dealer orders via Canada Post? We have had generally good service with Canada Post over the years, and we prefer to ship all dealer orders using their service. Since we pay for the shipping, our preference is to ship via Canada Post. However, we would be pleased to ship via any alternate mode you wish, provided that you pay for the shipping e.g. Purolator, FEDEX or UPS are all available since these carriers are situated close to us. If you wish to pay for such an alternate mode of shipping, please let us know at the time you place the order and we will obtain a shipping quote for your preferred carrier and add this to your total billing.

At what time of year do you normally issue your annual revised editions of your texts? We normally issue our revised annual editions in the autumn months of each calendar year. In some cases where there have been significant changes we occasionally must issue revised editions at any time of the year as may be necessary. We reserve the right to issue revised editions at any time in our discretion. The fact that we may have issued a revised edition does not by itself automatically entitle any of our dealers to a return or free upgrade of an earlier version (outside of our annual rebate, if offered, our manuals are not returnable).

Do you offer dealer COOP advertising discounts i.e. would you pay for us to promote your products and/or share with us in our promotional expenses of your product line? No, we do not offer COOP advertising programmes. In our view, given the strong demand for our products, re-sellers that invest in advertising and promotion of our products will see increased sales and this sales increase in and of itself provides a natural incentive to advertise and promote our products. We are pleased however at any time to provide multiple copies of our product catalogues for our authorized dealers on a shared expense/cost recovery basis.
