Page 4, Cat 3 Medicals, ECG's for those over 40 are now required at the first examination after the age of 40 and susequently within every 4 years preceding the examination. For Cat 4 medicals, ECG's are now required at the first examination over the age of 40, at the first examination over the age of 50 years, and subsequently within every 4 years preceding the examination.
